Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I schedule an appointment?
    You can schedule and appointment in person, over the phone, or online. All services require a non-refundable deposit to reserve booking.
  • Why do I need to pay a deposit?
    Unfortunately cancellations and no-shows occur and deposits are in place to reserve an appointment that could have otherwise gone to someone else. This insures that your private stylist is compensated for that time lost.
  • Why do I need a consultation?
    While this is a benefit to our relationship overall, consultations are REQUIRED for all color and extensions treatments to insure the quality of service and allow proper preparation.
  • Can I add services to my treatment?
    Asolutely! Please let your stylist know to assure that time permits additional services.
  • Do you allow refunds on services?
    Unfortunately we do not allow refunds. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your service upon leaving the salon, please notify your stylist within 7 days of your original treatment. If alterations have been made to the style prior to returning, the redo service will be forfeited.
  • Can I obtain a refund on any products purchased?
    Absolutely! Please return the products within 30 days with their original seals unopened. All shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the consumer.
  • Are appointments required?
    All services are appointment only. In the event that you need a treatment on short notice, please feel free to call and inquire about the desired service and if there is an opening within 24 hours, a specialist will be able to assist you.
